Doug Fish, Broker-in-Charge

Born in Michigan and raised in New Jersey, Doug Fish proudly calls the upstate of South Carolina home.  ”There is no place like it in the world” said Doug, who is very grateful for his international travel experiences and two and half years of living in Germany.  A CPA by trade, Doug transitioned into international marketing with adidas.  As fate would have it, he and his wife, Laura, had the choice to return to Greenville to raise their four children.  That choice later led to his association with The Cliffs Communities in 2002.  Doug has worked in the corporate side, as a sales manager and sales executive where he won numerous awards as a top producing executive.  A crossroad in March 2008 led Doug to start the Fish Sales Group as an independent broker representing the same clients he served for years as an exclusive sales executive of the Cliffs.

Jason Kazian, Sales & Operations

Jason Kazian was born and raised in Greenville, SC and has a unique outlook that many in this area do not have.  He has seen it grow and transform into the beautiful city that is coveted by many people across the country.  Having worked in sales for The Cliffs’ Communities for over five years, he experienced the most vibrant and fastest growth cycles in the company’s history.  Those challenges drove his work ethic and exceptional client relationship skills he is noted for today.

Jason and his wife Sara are avid athletes who never turn down an opportunity to try something new outdoors.  Whether it be on the golf course, at the soccer clubs, in a triathlon or cycling through our mountains, both enjoy the competition in the beauty of the local surroundings.  But life and competition as they know it is about to change as they are proud parents to twin boys, Frazor & Hunter born in September 2009.  One can already expect to see the jogging strollers racing through the parks.

Duane and his family moved to the area 5 1/2 years ago from outside of Chicago.  As the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for a large healthcare company he was tired of the travel, long winters, and gray skies.  In search of an area with four distinct seasons along with a mild, temperate climate all while remaining close to a vibrant city, he along with his wife, Chris and their two kids didn’t realize that they couldn’t have picked a better location until they got settled in the area.  After selling real estate for The Cliffs Communities and The Reserve at Lake Keowee Duane made the decision to partner up with FSG Realty to further expand his role as a Lake Keowee expert all while continuing to utilize his extensive knowledge of The Cliffs and The Reserve at Lake Keowee.  Providing uncompromised service and looking out for his clients best interest is his number one concern.  “If you do that everything else will fall in to place.”

Graham Coleman, Sales Executive

We are pleased to welcome Graham Coleman to the Fish Sales Group team. Graham was born here in Greenville, SC but grew up on Hilton Head Island. After attending high school down there and college in Virginia he spent two years traveling abroad before moving to Charlotte, NC. After beginning his real estate career with The Cypress Co. in Charlotte, he moved to Greenville in 2000 to officially call the “upstate” home again.  Graham joined the Cliffs Communities in 2002 where he spent the last 8 years in a sales and marketing capacity. Having worked alongside Doug, Duane and Jason at the Cliffs for several years he has proven results and is a natural fit to the FSG team. Graham looks forward to continuing the success, advice and service he has established in his career with The Cliffs with our team.  He and his wife, Jennifer, along with their two boys and one on the way, are very active in the Greenville community.
